Fire and Dough began as a simple passion project in my own kitchen. I’m Parker, and for me, making pizza started as a fun, creative outlet—a way to unwind and experiment with flavors. Over time, that passion grew into something much more. What began with crafting pizzas at home soon turned into hosting pizza nights for friends and family, where the joy of sharing good food and laughter became the highlight of every gathering.
In pursuit of perfecting my craft, I traveled to Italy to learn from the masters themselves—the pizzaiolos of Naples. Immersing myself in their traditions and techniques, I discovered the heart and soul of authentic pizza-making. The experience deepened my appreciation for the artistry and inspired me to bring those flavors and techniques home.
